If you鈥檙e thinking about suicide, are worried about a friend or loved one, or would like emotional support, the Lifeline network is available 24/7 across the United States. A trained crisis worker will listen to you, understand how your problem is affecting you, provide support, and share any resources that may be helpful.

New Beginnings / DV Hopeline

Seattle area 24/7 helpline and other resources are available for anyone experiencing abuse and/or who is worried about someone they know. Available in English and Spanish, a trained advocate is always on the other end.

API Chaya

API Chaya serves survivors of sexual violence, human trafficking, and domestic violence from Pacific Islander, Native Hawaiian, Asian, and South Asian communities. They provide resource referrals, advocacy-based counseling, support groups, safety and support planning, and basic legal advocacy.
