Description
North鈥檚 Major Events Committee coordinates the room reservations and set-up, IT/Media, communications, parking and security needs of high-volume events for both internal and external constituents to support successful community events, revenue generation, and cross-department collaboration. This is the team that coordinates with district for districtwide events held at North.
Membership & Meeting Schedule
- Members include representatives from Events/Rentals, IT Services, Transportation, Security, Facilities, Food Services, Communications, Disability Services, Campus Operations, Roy Flores Wellness Center, and the Executive Assistants of each Office of Instruction, Student Services and the President鈥檚 Office.
- Chair: Toni Stankovic, Executive Assistant to the President
- Meets monthly.
