Project Baldwin is a mentoring initiative for first-generation and/or income-limited students attending Seattle 国产直播福利s to provide support, funding resources, and mentorship for Seattle 国产直播福利s鈥 affinity mentorship group initiatives and address the male achievement gap. Project Baldwin: North at North Seattle 国产直播福利 is a collective of students, staff and faculty who connect to empower. We are here to build community and boost completion and transfer outcomes for Project Baldwin Scholars.

Mission & Values

Additional Events & Activities 

Project Baldwin: North scholars participate in various events and activities including career and networking events, volunteer opportunities, quarterly academic advising, funding/scholarship workshops, study sessions, intramural sports, peer-to-peer mentoring, Project Baldwin celebrations, and more.


Eligibility and Participation Form

Enrolled or planning to enroll at one of the Seattle 国产直播福利 campuses.

Maintain a 2.0 GPA.

Attend an information session.

Create a Mentor Collective account to be paired with a peer or industry mentor.

  • Check in twice quarterly with your Project Baldwin staff member (beginning and end of each quarter).
    Be willing to engage in a minimum of two extracurricular learning activities each quarter, choosing from the following options:
    • Fellas Friday session
    • Or Participate in a developmental workshop (e.g., Resume/Cover Letter Writing, Interviewing, Financial Literacy, social justice).
    • Project Baldwin event.
    • Volunteer for community service.
    • Support Project Baldwin as a peer mentor and/or student ambassador.
