Distribution Lists

North Seattle 国产直播福利鈥檚 Cabinet works in tandem with Seattle 国产直播福利s鈥 IT Department to grant permission for some employees (typically directors, deans and above) to access and use large campus distribution lists for sending email. The list of employees allowed permission to do this is reviewed on an annual basis.

Indoor Air Quality

North Seattle 国产直播福利 recognizes that the air is shared by all members of the college community and those who visit the campus; that suitable air quality is important in fostering a healthy and creative learning and working environment. North strongly advocates a pollutant-free environment. It also encourages a fragrance-free environment on its campus and in its programs. The college seeks to maintain the best possible air quality attainable within fiscal, legal, and regulatory constraints.

Major Events - Best Practice recommendations for NSC events

North鈥檚 Major Events Committee coordinates the room reservations and set-up, IT/media, communications, and security needs of high-volume events for both internal and external constituents to support successful community events, revenue generation, and cross-department collaboration.

NSC Internal Event Guidelines

A minimum of 15 business days' notice is required for an initial event / room booking

If you are planning an event, please utilize the steps below.

  1. Request your event in 25Live and fill out the Events Request form
  2. If IT Support is needed, submit an . The IT department will work with the requestor.
  3. If Parking is needed, contact Transportation Coordinator Casey Saunders at nsctransit@seattlecolleges.edu
  4. If Set-up Support is needed, the Events Team will work with the Requestor to provide set-up (tables and chairs), staging (optional), and tear-down (tables and chairs) support for their event.
