What do we do?
The Student Media Center (SMC) is a media production service center at North Seattle 国产直播福利, funded by Student Leadership. The SMC provides all North students with access to media production and technology resources, assistance, and instruction. This enables students to incorporate audiovisual and print media into their course assignments, college activities, and student clubs. Enrolled North students can also borrow media equipment for their academic projects at no cost.
Want a tour?
If you're an individual student, staff or faculty member, or are in a small group, feel free to stop by any time during our open hours. SMC staff will be happy to give you an overview of the space and the services we provide! If you are a faculty or staff member looking to bring your whole class along, please contact us at nscmediacenter@seattlecolleges.edu ahead of time to organize a class tour with us.
The SMC team collaborates with faculty and staff on how students can utilize SMC resources for their media projects and assignments to advance student success. If you have any suggestions or feedback, get in touch with us!
